We recently had an emergency road service approx 2,000 miles away from home in the middle of nowhere, in Colorado, on a late Friday night. It involved a big rig RV so it cost three times the normal emergency road service fees. All I had to do the next day was take a photo of the receipt, and forwarded the photo to Erie via email. Within a couple of days, the full refund arrived in our mail box. No questions asked, unlike other insurance companies, Erie does its job without further pain and suffering when it comes to claims.
